Good Vintage Condition with a few subtle flaws; there are a couple spots on the button placket that I was able to reduce by about 80%, but there are faint remains (see 3rd from last photo). There is also some wear to the paint on the buttons, two more faint pin-sized marks to the back shoulder, and one pinhole, also to the back (see last two photos). Bottom-most button is different than the painted shank buttons, but you sometimes see this on old blouses, as it would likely have been hidden by a waistband. Slight yellowing at top of collar.
