I'm so impressed with the quality (and condition!) of this 1960s faux leather purse by Lou Taylor. The material feels so supple, the brass hardware is solid and stylish, the amount of room and compartments is plentiful—and, that fold-out mirror is to-die-for!

Lou Taylor was a brand of upscale faux leather handbags in the 1960s and 1970s, and almost every piece came with that signature mirror.

+ Cognac brown faux leather material (very convincing, especially for when this bag was made!)
+ Unique teardrop shaped golden brass hardware at bottom of strap
+ Accordion style construction with four separate main compartments
+ Outer compartments are large and open
+ Center compartments fasten shut with two metal snaps
+ Absolutely beautiful attached oval mirror that swivels up and out for ease of use
+ Inner compartments also have two additional pockets: one open, and one that fastens shut with a nylon zipper
