In the mid 80's, The Limited's sister brand Express went through a European-influenced overhaul, focusing widely on French fashion in order to combat the neon punk scene found just about everywhere else. This is a little piece of that space in Ohio fashion history (as both The Limited and Express are Ohio brands)! The quality of this coat is quite nice, nearly reminding me of a 1960s McGregor coat I found previously, minus the fleece lining. The color and style are perfectly classic, and it's also quite heavy and warm!
